Feeding Therapy
Feeding therapy is more than just “teaching a child to eat.” Therapists work closely with patients and their families to decide the source of the child’s difficulties and improve very specific therapies to make the whole process of eating easier and more enjoyable. When should a child be referred for feeding therapy? Mealtimes are a great time for bonding and taking part in new experiences. Unfortunately, for some children, it can be a stressful and difficult time.
